PATHS-UP is committed to providing a holistic experience for all members of our team. To ensure we do
not miss an opportunity, we have recently created an ECR Planning & Insight Committee (EPIC).
Members of the EPIC committee represent key players from three of the four pillars. They include
Culture of Inclusion, Innovation Ecosystem, Workforce Development, and the acting President of the
Student Leadership Committee. Working together helps to consolidate our efforts across all pillars,
review our logic models, poll the SLC, and structure events based on feedback from all stakeholders.
Also, it allows us to be strategic in our planning, and removes the possibility of scheduling similar events,
and is a more efficient use of everyone’s time. As a result, we would like to post our newest EPIC
Calendar for on our PATHS-UP site.
