The strategic goal for our PATHS-UP graduate program is develop graduate students (PATHS-UP Fellows) who are adept at innovation and are ready to lead the future in enabling technologies and advanced engineered systems toward better health for under-resourced populations. The skill sets that will be developed are strong disciplinary expertise, an appreciation for designing for low resource underserved communities, and preparedness to work across disciplines with stakeholders in public health, industry, and/or global communities.
